In 2009, the Health-O-Meter 595KL has been upgraded to the newer 2595KL chair scale model. 2595KL chair scale from Health-O-Meter was designed for hospital patients unable to stand on conventional physician scales safely. It features comfortable, sanitary cushioned seat, movable arm rests and fold-up foot-rest for easy entry and exit. Additionally, the Healthometer 2595KL is equipped with heavy-duty wheels for ease of mobility.

High weighing capacity of 600 pounds means even heavy, obese patients can be accurately weighed. Motion sensing technology ensures reliable accuracy if the patient cannot sit still, such as patients suffering from tremors.

Powered by an AC adapter or 6 "C" cell batteries and low battery indicator with auto-off feature to conserve as much energy as possible.
