The CAS S2000-JR Series was designed to offer retailers and farm stands a more affordable option compared to the original S2000 price computing scale.  There are pros and con with each version but the biggest difference is the S2000JR operates on batteries and AC power while the original only runs on an AC adapter.  Since this isn't always convenient for farmers operating a produce stand, the Junior may be the better choice.  On the other hand, the original S2000 features dual range which is like having 2 different S2000 Junior models in one scale.  Basically, if you can simply plug the scale in to a wall outlet, it makes a lot of sense to purchase the S2000.

CAS S2000Jr Price Computing Scale is an easy to use, portable price computing scale, with optional label printer.  These economical retail scales are similar to the older S2000 model, but do not offer the same weighing capacity.  Instead of one model does all, S2000-JR is available in 3 separate models that give you more of a choice as to what capacity x resolution you end up with.

You may choose to purchase these price computing scales with a pole display or without.  The pole costs more money, so you may decide to do without if it is out of your budget.
