V31X6 features rugged design, combined with high precision weighing cell offering 6000 g x 1 g. Each compact food scale has user adjustable stability, filtering and auto zero settings allowing Valor 3000 Xtreme to operate in drafty and unstable environments.

Ohaus focused on offering the most durable and portable food portioning scale available when they designed the Valor 3000 Xtreme Series. These electronic food scales are the highest precision weighing scale in its class with complete stainless steel construction. If you require IP65 rated protection, there are 3 washdown models available. The V31X6 does not meet washdown specifications but is most comparable to the V31XW6 washdown version which increments by 2 grams rather than by 1g. Basically, you sacrifice accuracy when you require washdown, so only purchase the Ohaus V31XW6 if you need water resistance.
