V31XW3 offers NEMA4/IP65 rated protection for water resistance and protection from dust particles.  When weighing meat or other ingredients, you need to be able to properly clean the balance off when your weighing is complete.  Washdown protection enables you to disinfect the balance without destroying the electronic components.  Please be aware that washdown scales can be hosed down, but not submerged under water.  Doing so, can in fact destroy the balance.

USDA-AMS accepted, NSF listed/certified, and will support a HACCP certified system. Valor 3000 Xtreme is battery powered for maximum portability and convenience. Valor 3000 Xtreme features QuadraStanceTM, with four wide adjustable feet to ensure that the scale stays ultra-secure and slip free during operation in wet or dry conditions, on any surface.
