1100KL Pro Plus not only works as a bariatric scale due to its high weighing capacity of 700 lbs, but is also portable because there are 2 heavy-duty wheels on one side of the platform so it can be transported much like a dolly.  Operate high capacity medical scale using an AC adapter or if you plan on moving the scale around a large facility, such as a hospital, load it up with batteries so you are not required to search for available outlets room to room.  6 "C" cell batteries (not included) are needed to operate the scale and make it completely portable.

Healthometer has equipped the digital stand-on scale with handrails for patients that need to hold onto something because they have trouble maintaining stability while standing on a scale.  In addition to handrails, 1100KL features motion sensing technology to compensate for any movement a patient might make during the weighing process.
