Compact and portable PC400 Series from Doran is constructed entirely out of stainless steel and features "Quadra Spring" shock and overload protection.  Portion control PC-400 stainless steel scales are legal for trade and NSF approved.  It operates on an internal rechargeable battery pack or AC Power with an included adapter.  Auto-shutoff prolongs life of battery when the portion scale is idle.
