Doran's "Quadra Spring" technology provides the PC400 Series with a higher level of ruggedness you won't find anywhere else.  This type of overload protection allows the scale to withstand overloads up to 1000% of maximum capacity.  Since it is built with an all stainless steel construction, Doran PC-400-10 digital food scales are easy to clean especially since they are now NSF approved.

Compact and portable PC400 Series from Doran is constructed entirely out of stainless steel and features "Quadra Spring" shock and overload protection.  Portion control PC-400 digital scales are legal for trade and NSF approved.  It operates on an internal rechargeable battery pack or AC Power with an included adapter.  Auto-shutoff prolongs life of battery when the portion scale is idle.
