AS333D from Detecto is legal for trade bench scale, making it ideal for selling food by weight when the larger platform is needed.  Weighing pizza is much easier since it has a decent size platform with remote indicator.  If pizza pan hangs over the sides you can move the indicator out of the way for easy viewing or you may also mount the display to a wall or table top.

Built-in RS232 port makes data transfer to a computer possible.  You may purchase software such as Winwedge so your PC may read data from the digital food scale.  This makes it faster and easier to log weighing data as you are food portioning.
