When counting parts electronically, the primary factor for best results is a precise resolution.  This determines if the digital scale will be able to read the weight of your smallest part.  Intell-Count Series features a 60,000 displayed resolution but can count parts at 600,000 internal divisions for higher accuracy.  One of the nicest features of the QHD-3 is its dual channel capability which allows you to connect to a 2nd platform.  Most counting scales are unable to do this and those that do, cannot match the Intel Count in terms of precision.
