QHD-6 Parts Counting Scale

Counting small parts is done most efficiently using a digital scale which determines the average piece weight of each part, and then divides the total weight by the APW for fast and accurate counts.  If you try to add up parts by hand, it is more prone to error, extremely time consuming and quite tedious.  Using an Intell-Count QHD-6, you can even store up to 99 PLUs which eliminates the need to determine the APW of up to 99 parts.  Since the QHD Series features built-in RS232 interface, you may connect the counting scale to one of Intelligent Weigh's printers to print out the results.
