VET50 from Detecto is an electronic veterinary scale that is medium in size for more versatility as far as portability and location is concerned.  Since it is lightweight, you may lift it onto a table or weigh animals directly on the floor.  Remote indicator can be positioned up to 8 feet away from the weighing platform and brackets are included to mount it onto a desk-top or wall.

If you work in a vet clinic, pet store, laboratory, or kennel you may find Detecto VET50 a perfect fit for your animal weighing applications.  It weighs up to 50 lbs in 0.2 lb increments which is ideal for cats and medium to small size dogs, but not quite the capacity if you are weighing larger animals such as golden retrievers or german shepherds.  If you need a veterinary scale capable of weighing larger animals such as those, review Detecto VET330WH since it has a much larger platform and maximum weighing capacity of 330 pounds.
