Ideally suited for food portioning and checkweighing, the FD Series features a 3 LED Over/Under/Accept indicator with an audible alarm, and a dedicated TARGET button for quick setup of over-under values. The large, backlit LCD display presents results in easy to read 19mm (0.75 inch) high digits, making it simple to read the accurate, reliable measurements displayed in under 2 seconds. The FD Food Portioning Scale also offers multiple weighing units, including kg, g, lb and oz, and can be configured to display all, some or only one weighing unit to match the user’s individual requirements. Ohaus FD15H offers the highest weighing capacity in the series weighing 30 x 0.001 pounds.  It is similar to the FD15 but offers more precise resolution and does not have legal for trade mode.  If you require an NTEP approved food service scale, check out the Ohaus FD15 legal for trade version.

Check weighing mode features 3 LED indicator and audible alarm which alerts user when limits have been reached.  Portion control scales require a lot of cleaning after use so the FD15H stainless steel weighing pan can be removed and placed in a dishwasher to make cleanup easy.
