New Ohaus Valor 1000 Series offers affordability and necessary weighing modes for food portion applications.  Each model weighs in pounds, grams, kilograms or ounces and features 9.9" x 7.1" weighing pan which can be removed for cleaning purposes.

Ohaus ValorTM 1000 compact scales are an inexpensive option for basic weighing applications. Valor 1000 scales feature a mid profile ABS plastic housing with leveling adjustment.  Each compact scale also comes standard with a long lasting internal rechargeable battery for portability and convenience.

The Valor 1000 Series allows users to compare the weight of a sample against a reference weight using the included checkweighing software. This allows for quick portioning and checking of multiple sample weights against a target, as well as quickly preparing multiple samples of the same size.
