CAS SW-50 food scales offer the highest weighing capacity in the SW Series.  It weighs up to 50 pounds in 0.02 lb intervals.  Bear in mind, the higher capacity model offers less precise resolutions, so if you know you would never weigh anything over 20 pounds, you should purchase the SW-20 model which offers 20 lb x 0.01 lb.

Portability, legal for trade, and stainless steel platform make CAS SW-50 food scales a great option at an affordable price.  Ideally suited for portion control in restaurants or farm stands since they offer NTEP approval.  Alkaline batteries allow up to 1,000 hours of continuous use, but an AC adapter can be also be used.
